A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m.

Carl Ray Alderman, age 78, of Marysville, OH went to our Lord Friday, October 8, 2021 at The Ohio State University hospital. Born May 14, 1943 in Logan, West Virginia, the son of William and Lenis (Woosley) Alderman. Carl was a skilled commercial painter and always willing to help by offering his services. Other than his family, he had two great loves in his life, his faith and his motorcycle. His faith was very meaningful to him and youd often find him sitting quietly, reading his beloved bible, gifted to him by his sister, Hazel. He loved riding his motorcycle on the open road, while enjoying his favorite pit stops for a great meal and ice cream along the way. For those who love motorcycles, riding just isnt a hobby. Its a passion and a way of life. It brought him great joy to share his passions with his family and friends. He was also never short to offer his hilarious one-liners and advice that well all carry close to our hearts and never forget. Survived by many loving family members and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Friends may call 12 - 2 p.m. Sunday October 17th at MORELAND FUN ERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Ohio where a memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Conrad Esh officiating.
