Gerald Robinson Price, 66 of Westerville, passed away July 13 2021. He was born in Portsmouth VA, growing up a Navy brat, living on the coast of North Carolina. Gerald was a 1973 graduate of Manteo High School on Roanoke Island. He met his wife, Louisa, in 1976, poolside where her family was vacationing in Nags Head. After a long distance courtship they married in 1978. Gerald was an excavator with the City of Columbus for 33 years.

Gerald was a devoted husband and father. He was passionate about remote controlled airplanes and officiating volleyball. He was always eager to help family and friends in any way he could.

Gerald is survived by his wife, Louisa (Vermeulen) and his daughter, Anneke (Vincent Flores). He is preceded in death by his parents, Elinor and Theodore. Visitation will be held at Moreland Funeral Home in Westerville on Tuesday, July 20th from 4:00-5:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 5:30 p.m.. Pastor James Meacham officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association,, or the American Cancer Society,

We share the grief of losing Gerald, a great friend and brother in law. He had the best sense of humor and we loved seeing him at family gatherings and vacations. Our love goes out to his family and friends.
