I was first shocked, then deeply saddened to learn of Bill’s death. He was a force in the real estate business, and helped me several times. This summer was to be the big one for us – buying a place in the country – and Bill had scouted several properties, before my father-in-law’s illness took our attention. So, in addition to having personal regret at losing a guy who had COMMON SENSE, I’m sorry that I was not able to give him some real $$ business.
