Thomas H Kessler
November 18, 1934 - March 17, 2021

Monday, March 29th at 10:30 a.m.

Thomas Henry Kessler, age 86, of Westerville, OH, peacefully passed away on March 17, 2021. Tom was born and raised in the Columbus, OH area and graduated from Aquinas College High School in 1953. He was the youngest of three children born to the late Henry Kessler and Lucille (Mowery) Kessler and was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (McClory) Kessler for 57 years. His son, Joseph Paul Kessler and sisters Mary Wagner and Pauline Eplin predeceased Tom. He is survived by his beloved children, Kathleen (Ken) Wolford of Florence, KY, Thomas (Danita) Kessler and Mary Ann Woods (Bob Crossmon) of Galena, OH; treasured grandchildren, Nicholas (Kathleen) Wolford of Kansas City, MO, Jordan (Christine) Kessler of Westerville, OH, Hillary (Ryan) Goff of Galena, OH, Delaney Grubb of Westerville, OH, and Zachary Woods of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by great-grandchildren Bellamy Goff and Barrett Kessler, along with a host of nieces and nephews and countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him. Tom served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired electrician and was a member for over 60 years in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 683. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and lunching with his Aquinas friends but most of all he loved spending time with his family and making everyone laugh. He was beloved by all and a great friend to many. A Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday March 29, 2021 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church 313 N. State St. Westerville, Ohio 43081. Fr. P.J. Brandimarti Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Toms name to The American Heart Association, 3816 Paysphere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674 or your favorite charity.

The Aquinas College High School alumni offer their sincerest condolences to Tom's family. He was greatly admired by all of his classmates and fellow Aquinians. He was a regular at our pre-Covid monthly luncheons. Holy Mass will be offered for him by a Dominican Friar at St. Patrick Church. Lou Nobile Alumni President
