Denny and I worked together for most of his 35 years at Red Cross. He worked hard to keep our phone system upgraded and created an excellent materials management department. He flew me to check out a new blood mobile site in Cadiz; what a great pilot! I have a lot of good memories from working together. He will be missed. Prayers for the family. May he Rest In Peace.

I met Dennis and Becki through mutual friends at my chiropractic office. My Dad as also from Woodsfield,Ohio, and was a Ham Radio Operator. Dennis knew my grandfather and cousins in Woodsfield. I enjoyed all of our talks. I appreciated all of the extras that they did for me. For example, extra time and trips down to my office for Buckeye tickets; and getting my Dad listed In-Memorium in the QST Ham Radio Magazine ( and even bringing me a copy when Dennis was sick). I will miss our talks, but mostly his kind spirit. Rest In Peace!

Not just an old friend, a roomate in school, and an adventurer in scouts all through the ranks. Although separated through time I thought often and would reconnect when UI sensed trouble. He was wired that way so a ham radio wasn't needed I visited when needed and he always smiled when I showed up. So smile when I see you again old friend.

I had the privilege to work with Dennis for most of the 35 years he was at the Red Cross. Dennis was proud of the work he did at the Red Cross and his service in the United States Army. But he was most proud of his family. His skills and interest would often help provide solutions to problems at the Red Cross both within in his work area and throughout the organization. Dennis was always willing to help out where every he could. My thoughts and prayers are with Dennis and your family.
