Frances Marie Turner (Sharar), age 98, of Westerville, OH passed away January 25, 2021. Worked at JC Penny Insurance. Preceded in death by husband, Floyd D. Turner, Sr.; father, John David Sharar; mother, Mabel Shillito; step-father, John Hottinger; siblings, Ralph Sharar, James Hottinger, Richard Hottinger, Robert Hottinger, Betty Farra and Patsy Hall. Survived by her sons, Dale (Brenda) Turner and James (Wanda) Turner; grandchildren, Christopher (Dara) Turner, Jamie (Chris) Schwanekamp, Steven Turner, Jason (Lindsey) Turner, Jonathan (Alli) Turner, Joshua (Savannah) Turner and Jeremy (Leslie) Turner; great grandchildren, Rachel, Owen, Nicholas, Sebastian, Esme, Felicia, Benjamin, Madison, Carter, Bowie and Rocco; several nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at Blendon Central Cemetery. So sorry for your loss. I met Fran when we had part time jobs at JCPenney insurance. We bonded as friends and she was one of the sweetest, most enjoyable person I ever met. I loved her.
