Rachel Anne Diersing Barnes, 31, of Westerville, Ohio, passed away and went to heaven, December 14, 2018. She was born at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, on September 2, 1987. Rachel graduated from Westerville South High School. She married her Junior High School love, best friend, soul mate, care taker and daughter's father, Fletcher T. Barnes (Marine). Rachel was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Ava and Veronica and was survived by them and her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Teri and Mark Bringardener; also by her father, Ronald Diersing Jr. and Ann Tate. Rachel was most importantly survived by her loving grandparents who showed her unconditional love, encouragement and support, Ronald & Sharon Richards and Susan Diersing; brother, Ryan Diersing; sister, Alyssa Young (Rodney) and nephews, Mack and Micah; half-sisters, Savannah and Trista; aunts, Leanne, Theresa, Suzanne, Anne, Mary and spouses uncles, David, Joseph, Michael and spouses cousins... A lot of amazing cousins and their children. Loved Ones, Lost Ones. She would want me to leave this line for anyone who was not mentioned. Rachel was such a creative soul and was enthusiastic with anything artsy! She was athletic as a child and did many sports like track, cheerleading, dance and soccer. She was a leader to her schoolmates. Rachel was beautiful on the inside and also very much so on the outside. She was fufilled by the simple things and showed gratitude for those who were closest to her. Rachel was honored to be a wife of Fletcher, the man she adored and treasured and it was absolutely love at first sight. She was thankful to have found someone to always be by her side no matter what. Rachel was a loving mother to her daughters, Ava and Veronica, and made great choices for her children to ensure their happiness. She was a fun and spontaneous aunt to her nephews, Mack and Micah, and found comfort in the closeness she shared with her family. She was a loyal sister and treated her siblings with honor. She was known and will be rembered for her strength, her amazing and unjudging heart and compassion for others. Rachel was kind to all and to all who loved her, thank you for the blessing...Rachel, you are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond tears. Breathe easy beautiful... Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Road, Westerville, Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 5-7 p.m.. followed by a service at 7 p.m., Rev. David Redding, officiating.
