February 5, 1931 - November 2, 2018

Saturday, November 10th 1 p.m. at Moreland Funeral Home

All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, Ohio

Billie A Kall, 87, formerly of Maple Hts, died peacefully at home in Westerville on Friday Nov 2. Preceded in death by her husband John. Loving mother of Linda (Rob) Simmons, Robert (Gayle) Kall, Joanne (Darrell) Pettit, James (Randy Mulville) Kall, and Mary (Felix) Spittler;grandmother of Christopher (Sarah), Steven (Sarah), and Matthew (Nichole); great-grandmother of Grady; step-grandmother of Angela, Nick (Heather), Seth (Mackenzie), Josh (Amber), Cheyenne, Ashley (Ryan), and Hunter (Andrew); step-great-grandmother of Daniel, Nathan, Christopher, Nina, Benjamin, Emeri, Ramsey, Cooper, Ryan, and Aiden. Not to be forgotten, her four-legged baby, Louie.

Billie was born on February 5, 1931 in Keokuk Iowa to Howard and Icyl Bank. She was 3rd oldest of 7 children, aka the "Magnificent Seven" (Millie, Jean, Billie, Bob, Mary, Dick, and Ray). Graduated from Keokuk HS where she played in the HS Marching Band and was in the Thespian Club. She remained in Keokuk where she then met John, a baseball player, because his game was rained-out. John came into the bowling alley where Billie was bowling with friends. The rest is history.Married April 25, 1953. They moved to Maple Hts, Ohio, near Johns hometown of Cleveland. Billie was an amazing mother to her 5 children and worked for many years as a Secretary at their school, St Wenceslas. Later she went on to work in Administrative positions at companies within the area. After retiring Billie & John moved to Westerville Ohio to be near their grandchildren. They continued to enjoy life there for many years.

Anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her remarked on the kindness of her soul. They immediately felt her warmth and encompassing smile. She instantly made them feel as if they had always known her. As her legacy, she instilled in her children the need to be warm, kind, loving, and ALWAYS have a sense of humor. For this, her children are eternally grateful.

When you see a hummingbird or a cardinal, hear the OSU marching Band, watch a Hallmark movie, or take a walk on the beach.. think of her and smile!

Billie lived life to the fullest and would love for you to do the same.

Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Nov 10th at 1 p.m. at Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E Schrock Road, Westerville OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Central Ohio Chapter), Nationwide Children's Hospital, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, OSU Veterinary Medical Center or any Animal Rescue Organization.
